Jungle Gym has been in existence since 2009, specializing in creating a program that brings your physical and mental health, knowledge, and a life-changing community. We offer group training, one on one training, open gym with state of the art equipment, powerlifting programs, and weekend warrior programs (Run Club and Row Racing).
Class times: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday - 5AM, 6AM, 7AM, 9AM, 12PM, 4:30PM, and 5:30 PM. In the PMs on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday we have a trainer block available from 4PM to 7PM just in case class times do not fit your schedule.

Our trainers have over 20 years of training experience combined! We have coaches that are certified in triathlon training, posture analysis, kettlebell specific movements, competitive powerlifting, and much more.
The most overlooked part of our club is that we have a strong community. We hold many events, team bonding workouts, and an "everybody knows everybody" feel. We can have a 60 year old personal training client, working out next to a powerlifter benching over 300 pounds, and upstairs a rower doing 5000M on their recovery day. This community is priceless.
